58cm Giro Road bike

$1,900.00

Description

58cm Giro road bike, fully refurbished. $1900

Best fit for height range of 5’10 to 6’1

History:

-Handbuilt in the late 80’s by Ottawa frame builder Larry Routley, a former apprentice of Marinoni, who he also sourced his materials and paint jobs from. Due to this the frame could almost be mistaken for a Marinoni – same ITA BB and cable detailing/styles, and maple leaf engravings on the fork – except the maple leafs encircle a G instead of an M. We have some links to share for more information about the builder and his rare and excellent bikes if interested.

Frame:

-58cm downtube, 57cm toptube. Very comfortable geometry.

-Columbus SLX tubing,
-Columbus Foderi Laminati fork

-Chrome fork and stays and Triple powder coated frame (silver metallic base, pink, and clear coat) by Rainbow powder coating (the fork and stays were only clear-coated)

Wheels:

-DT Swiss 2.0 Wheelset – 622 X 14mm rims – nearly new condition (less than 200 km)
