55CM – 1996 Kona Kapu road bike, Refurbished and built up with a mix of new and used parts by Lanesplit Cycles. Ideal fit for riders of 5’9 to 5’11, or 5’8 to 5’11 with a shorter stem.

Frameset – 1996 Kona Kapu – 54.5cm top tube, 58cm seat tube / 52cm standover height

Groupset – Shimano Sora ST 3500 Shifters and rear derailleur (new) with wide range 11-32t cassette (new). Shimano 105 R5800 front derailleur (used)

Crankset – FSA Tempo compact crankset 50/34T

Bottom bracket – Shimano UN71 107mm new old stock Deore XT square taper bottom bracket

Wheelset – Handbuilt wheelset (new) , Ambrosio Excellence rims, sealed bearing Formula RB38 8-11speed rear hub, RB91 front with black Sapim leader spokes.

Tires – Continental Ultra Sport III 700x25mm (new)

Handlebars – 44cm Deda Speciale 26.0 drop bars (new)

Stem – 120mmm Deda Murex 1″ quill stem (new)
